The way you word a question changes the answers you get. Variants let you test wordings against each other instead of guessing.
Add a **variant** to a question in the builder to create an alternative wording. When the survey is live:
Use variants when a question feels leading, jargon-heavy, or ambiguous and you're not sure which fix is right. Write versions that differ in one meaningful way, then let respondents settle it.
